How to Use the Simple Magic of Mantrams to Command your Superconscious Mind

How to Use the Simple Magic of Mantrams to Command your Superconscious Mind

By Peter Kelder
Author of Ancient Secrets of the Fountain of Youth

"There is a slight difference between the words mantra and mantram. Both are taken from a Sanskrit word meaning instrument of thought. The difference is this: a mantram is a vocalized instrument of thought, while a mantra is silent."

Whether you realize it or not, you create and shape your life with your thoughts. All things that become part of your physical reality are first created in the mind from the raw material called thought. Because it is an instrument of thought, a mantram is a tool which you can use to help shape your life as you wish it to be.

Now, in order to use mantrams to your advantage, you need to first understand the mind and how it works. Nowadays, the term subconscious mind is one that's frequently heard but seldom understood. Instead of subconsciousness, the lamas use a word that could be translated as superconsciousness -- consciousness of a higher order. The job of the superconscious mind is to take thought, which is pure energy, and give it physical shape in the material world.

Whole books could be written on the subject, but just now the important thing for you to remember is this: your superconscious mind is a willing and eager servant whom you command by way of your thought patterns.

When you think a thought, you issue a command. Your servant obeys by manifesting the thought in the physical world where it becomes the things and events in your life. Thus, physical reality is a mirror of your thought patterns. Change your thought patterns, and you change the reflection in the mirror. In other words, you change your life.

This concept, as simple as it is, is a stumbling block for many people. They point to some unhappy or even tragic event in their lives and refuse to believe that they could have created it with their own thoughts.

But if you examine your thoughts closely, you're likely to discover negative patterns competing with positive ones. In one breath you'll say, "I want to achieve happiness." But in the next breath you'll give yourself a thousand and one reasons to be unhappy: your job is stressful; the weather is unpleasant; bills are piling up; you're overweight; the neighbors are noisy; you are late for an appointment; and on and on. So while your stated goal is happiness, your thoughts are working overtime to create just the opposite.

A mantram is something you can use to unify your thought patterns and bring them into alignment with your highest and best desires. To start using this powerful tool, you must first clearly identify the rewards which life is to deliver to your doorstep.

A Very Simple Exercise to Unify Your Mind

There's a very simple mental exercise that can help you accomplish this. It takes only a few minutes, so I suggest that you repeat it every month of so. Sit down and make a written list of the things you desire most. Don't reason as to what you ought to want. Instead, jot down your desires quickly, including everything that comes to mind.

Now examine your list carefully and ask yourself what rewards each of your stated desires must bring you. The rewards are what you're really after, so write them down also. For example, if you wrote, "I desire a better job," what you really want are the rewards of a better job. Maybe you want the fulfillment that comes from putting to good use special talents and training you have. Perhaps you want a bigger paycheck and the feeling of security that comes with that. Or maybe you want the pleasure of working in a friendly, relaxed environment.

The rewards you want should always be expressed in terms of feelings. Feelings, both bitter and sweet, are the fruits of your lifetime experience. They are the prize. When you depart this world, you leave behind your material treasures. But your feelings remain with you always. So choose with care those which you wish to have as lasting companions.

Now review your list of desires and the rewards you wish to achieve. Read it top to bottom, and as you do, search for just two or three words or phrases to summarize everything. This may seem impossible at first. But once you look closely, you'll see groups of seemingly different desires and rewards all aimed to a common goal. Separate your desires into two or three such groups and find a word or phrase to capsulize each one. To use a simple example, if you desire a better house, an expensive automobile, and a new wardrobe, the fundamental goal behind all three is abundance or prosperity.

Create a Short, Simple Command For Your Superconscious

By now you should have a clear picture of your fundamental goals, so put them all together and state them in a brief command. Make the command positive, short, and to the point. For example, "I demand happiness, power, and prosperity right now." And there you have it. When your command is spoken aloud, it becomes a mantram, or plainly stated, a device you can use to stimulate your superconscious mind into action."

The word power is a good one, because it will help bring about health, strength, and vitality in your physical body. And on a mental level, it will empower you to become master of your own destiny. "Right now" at the end of your command tells your superconscious mind when you want things to happen: NOW. It tells your superconscious mind to get busy immediately manifesting your desires

How to Use Your Mantram

Now that you have a mantram, putting it to use is as simple as can be. All you need to do is speak it aloud with conviction. Don't be timid. Feel the power of your voice and speak as if you are commanding a magic genie who will bring you whatever you desire. Once you have spoken your mantram aloud with unwavering conviction and resolve, you've done all that's needed.

Speak your mantram just before going to sleep at night and upon waking in the morning. Then form the habit of repeating it at regular intervals throughout the day. If you find yourself in front of a mirror, gaze directly into the reflection of your own eyes and repeat your mantram with firm confidence.

Then, as you go about your daily life, pay close attention to all the things you think and say. Be alert for negative thoughts or words that will send conflicting commands to your superconscious mind. They will undo the positive force of your mantram, so when you detect them, stop, take a deep breath, and cancel the negative thoughts or words by speaking your mantram with steadfast resolve.

Of course, if you are in the presence of other people, you can't all of a sudden blurt out, "I desire happiness, power, and prosperity right now!" In such a case, I would suggest that you use a mantra. All that's needed is to repeat your mantra inwardly and contemplate the meaning of the words. Since it isn't reinforced by the power of the voice, a mantra isn't quite as effective as a spoken Mantram, but it will get splendid results nevertheless.

Focus on the End Result

Whether you're using a mantram or a mantra, an important thing to remember is this: when you command the superconscious mind, you must focus only on the end result which you desire. Never try to dictate how superconsciousness will accomplish its miracles.

The superconscious mind is far more clever and resourceful than you can possibly imagine. If it is headed off in one direction, it is not discouraged and does not give up, for it knows that there are ten thousand other ways to achieve a desired goal. If, through your own thoughts and preconceptions, you try to tell the superconscious mind how to do its work, you will only limit its options and restrict the magic which can unfold.

The superconscious realm of your mind is a magnificent thing. It takes great delight in working to accomplish literally anything you desire. Desire is a very strong force, and when you use it to stimulate the superconscious mind into action, it will be thrilled to bring you your heart's desire in ways you never dreamed possible.

Another thing you should know is this: the superconscious realm of the mind does not judge your thoughts before it responds to them. It does not differentiate between pain or pleasure, sorrow or happiness, grief or joy. A better way to state it is, no feelings or emotions are pleasant or unpleasant to the superconscious mind. Its job is to transform thought patterns into matter -- all thought patterns. And it couldn't possibly do the job it is meant to do if it were to first judge your thoughts good or bad, happy or unhappy, worthy or unworthy.

In short, the wonderfully simple secret which can help everybody achieve whatever they desire is this: change your thought patterns, and you change your life. If you think thrilling thoughts, the superconscious mind will flood your life with thrilling things, instead of the miserable things in life.

Keys to a Tranformational New Year

Keys to a Tranformational New Year

As 2011 gets underway, Russell Bishop, Senior Editor at Large of The Huffington Post and author of "Workarounds That Work: How to Conquer Anything That Stands in Your Way at Work" draws on his own times of adversity as sources of strength, optimism and creativity.

By Laurie Nadel, Ph.D

From the persepctive of numerology, 2+0+1+1=4. The number four represents foundation and stability, as in the four corners of the earth, the four elements, or simply four legs of a table.

Whatever turbulence might be swirling around in the environment, let the foundation of number four serve as a key to a transformational new year.

In this no-holds barred interview with radio host Dr. Laurie Nadel, author Russell Baker talks about how bankruptcy and other personal tragedies became springboards to triumph.

Russell Bishop: The key I like best is gratitude. What's already in my life for which I am grateful? It is so much easier for me to build on what I am grateful for than what I wish was different. Energetically, I think that works a whole lot better.

Dr. Laurie: What about people who say, "I lost my job. My house is in foreclosure. My spouse just left me. What do I have to be grateful for anyway?"

Russell Bishop: If I go back 40 years in my life, my family went bankrupt twice when I was in high school. As I entered college, my dad got leukemia and died and we went through a third bankruptcy. I ended up living in my car. So I understand what it means to have lost virtually everything. At the time, I was down to $6.

To be sure, that was a difficult time. But what I was able to find were friends who didn't change because of external circumstance. That was the first thing that I found to be grateful for -- those whom I cared for and those who cared for me. That gave me a base internally from which I could begin to build.

You can also think of Dr. Viktor Frankl who was a psychiatrist who wound up imprisoned by the Nazis for 6 years. He watched his whole family be killed. As he writes about the experience later on, he writes that he discovered freedom while incarcerated by the Nazis.

Dr. Laurie: Sometimes we can be free, as in not incarcerated. Or we can feel that we are imprisoned by our circumstances.

Russell Bishop: Our colleague, Huffington Post Alex Pattakos writes in his book Prisoners of Our Thoughts, that's a very compelling premise. It is very easy during today's economic crisis to start entertaining thoughts that can imprison us and block our awareness of choices we could make in improving our circumstances.

That's where gratitude can begin to help. No matter how small a seed or how you measure it, is there something I can be grateful for right now?

Dr. Laurie: Where can we find, say, a thoughtful person, a gesture, a book, a color, a piece of music, a pet? Anything that we might normally overlook can free us up to be thankful for those things that we do have, even when we are experiencing major loss.

Russell Bishop: Recently I was in conversation with a couple that had been a single wage-earner family. And the wage-earner had lost his job. They were talking about that but voluntarily, they came up with the idea that there was a silver lining in that cloud. They had found the ability to connect with each other as a couple and with their children on a deeper level than they had before. That was part of their insight. The wisdom from the babes if you will.

Dr. Laurie: Your adversity can give other people a chance to be generous. Sometimes when you are sharing with people and you are used to being the giver or the caregiver or the person who people come to for strength and support, sometimes letting another person see that you're vulnerable can give people who love you a chance to be generous and find their strengths.

Russell Bishop: Generosity and gratitude tie into that old cliché that what goes around comes around. In a time of loss it's not usually the time that people think to share. I am currently on the big island of Hawaii where 35percent of the population require some kind of food assistance. And I see amazing examples of generosity.

Dr. Laurie: Why is it that now 35% of the population requires food assistance?

Russell Bishop: Whenever there is a hiccup on the mainland, there is indigestion here. It also hits the housing market for second homes.

Dr. Laurie: looking ahead at the new year, we are always balancing in the midst of uncertainty. Sometimes we have structures in our lives that provide illusions of predictability that help us to feel safe but we really don't know what is going to happen on any given day or even the next day. Because so many people are feeling unsettled and uncertainty now, what are the keys that can help people break free?

Russell Bishop: This is one that came to me during a very big downturn 20 years ago. Get out a pad of paper with two columns. Walk through your home and make a list of all the things that are in the house. More interestingly, take an inventory of everything you've got. Then in the right column, put down what you paid for all that stuff. Then add it up. Most people will be absolutely stunned to find out that they probably have more money in things than they probably have in other areas of their life.

Then put a star next to stuff you just don't use. Add up what you spent on stuff you just don't use and give that away. Find people who are in even greater need for whom this stuff would be a blessing. This does three things. First: It produces a sense of inner well-being. I have enough that I can give. Second: If I let go of what I am holding onto so tightly it opens up a new space to receive. Third, it puts me in a state of natural flow within the universe where I am open to receive.

Dr. Laurie: It takes away that feeling that because you've gone through a loss you have to hold onto everything you have because that will make you safe. In fact, that's not going to make you safe. It makes you more anxious.

I like that idea of taking an inventory. Every New Year's Eve I make the same resolution: Throw out half of what I own and spend more time with my friends. I've been doing this for ten years and each year I manage to clear out about 1/3 of my stuff… books and clothes, certainly. Just taking the time to hang out and have fun can seem to get lost when you're working hard. If you have lost your job or you're going through some other type of upheaval, divorce or bankruptcy, you can reinforce your friendships because you're being given a gift of time. Very often, when you're working, you make money but you don't have time to spend with the people you love. So you can use time as a source of wealth.

Russell Bishop: That reminds me of that joke about the person on their deathbed. Very rarely does that person say, "I wish I'd spent more time at work." Here is another key to a transformational new year. Let's go back to a pad of paper and two columns. In the left hand column make a list of the physical level things that you are trying to accumulate more of in their life.

Money is the first thing on everyone's list but then there are house and cars, job. Physical level things. Label the right hand column "Positive Experiences." What are the positive experiences you are hoping will be true when you get enough of what they want in the left-hand column? When I do this with groups, I ask, 'How many people want more money?' Everyone's hands go up. When I ask them what that will bring them, most people say, "I'll be secure, I'll be powerful, I'll be successful. I'll be at peace." That kind of thing. Then I'll ask, "Do you know anyone who has a lot of money who doesn't have peace or security?"

Dr. Laurie: Anybody read the tabloids?

Russell Bishop: Really! What's really nice about that is that if you get clear about what's in your right-hand column, it doesn't matter about the level of physical materiality you have. If the real goal is friendship, compassion, caring, and being close, how can I do that today? If I do a little bit today and a little bit tomorrow, and I look back at the end of the week, I'll probably notice that there's more of it.

Dr. Laurie: Time can kind of bend when you are not stuck to a strict schedule. You can use that flexibility of time to reach out, take a walk, hang out in the park and read a book for an hour or two, visit a friend on the phone if they live far away, or even visit someone. "Tuesdays with Morrie" was about the psychological and spiritual wealth that came from spending time with someone every Tuesday.

When I was in my 20s, I was between jobs and had to borrow money to take the subway to go to job interviews. I had a friend who had an old sailboat. He worked in the garment district and got home at 2:30 in the afternoon. One Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon in October, he said, "Let's go sailing." We went sailing up to the Statue of Liberty and looked up at all the skyscrapers. He said, "I bet all those people in their offices are looking out their windows and they see us here in our little boat and they must be thinking, 'Those people must be millionaires. They're sailing in the middle of the week and I'm stuck in my office.'" That moment was one of the richest of my life and one of the most freeing. I remember saying to myself, "I hope you remember this because soon you'll be working in an office and yes, you'll be earning money but you won't be able to come out and sail on a Tuesday afternoon.

There's always a trade-off. When we talk about giving people the keys to a transformational new year, in order to have change, there's often loss involved. You can use loss to create positive change and well-being.

Russell Bishop: it's just another opportunity to refocus on what's most important and recognize that I'm the one who creates that.

Dr. Laurie: As Dr. Viktor Frankl wrote, you can discover freedom in a concentration camp.

The county is going through a values crisis. I think that one of the things that people voted for in 2008 was a shift in values towards a more humanistic set of values. That is something we can look at within ourselves as we prepare for the new year. Do I want more kindness, more freedom in my life? Do I need to show respect for myself and others in my life? Do I want to spend more time on my spiritual practice? What do those things mean?

Russell Bishop: Yes. This is critical work. I hope everyone is able to focus on the new year with a new thought and a new choice.

Whatever you can imagine ALREADY exists!

To celebrate the end of the year, and to guarantee that 2011 is your absolute best year yet, this Secret Scrolls contains one of the life-changing revelations from the book The Power, and one of the most powerful processes you can do in your life.

Whether you realize it or not, you bring everything to you through
the power of your imagination. The power of imagination is not
something you have to acquire; you have it already! You think in images even if you aren't aware that you do, and you use imagination or imaging every single day of your life. When you think about the past you are imagining. When you think about the future you are imagining. And as you imagine and concentrate on anything with feeling, you are bringing it to you.

When you worry about something, you are using your immense power of imagination negatively. You are imagining the worst, and as you
imagine the worst, you are bringing it to you. When you are excited
about something, you are using your power of imagination positively. You are imagining the best, and as you imagine the best, you are bringing it to you.

Using the power of your imagination is something that comes to you
naturally, but I want you to understand something about your
imagination that will change your life: Whatever you can imagine
already exists! You simply can't imagine anything unless it exists
already, because when you imagine something you are actually tuning
into a particular frequency, and if that frequency didn't exist in the Universe you wouldn't be able to tune into it. So when you imagine yourself with something you want you are tuning into a real thing that already exists, and you are looking at the very frequency of you with your desire!

Now I am going to take you step by step through a revolutionary
process using your imagination from the book The Power.

First, imagine something that you really want. It could be money,
health, a particular job, a partner, a vacation, happiness, or anything else. Imagine yourself with your desire; close your eyes and really get the picture of yourself with your desire.

Pay special attention to what you see about yourself in your
imagined picture. Notice how you are talking. Notice how you are
moving. Notice how you are walking. Notice how you are acting.
Notice how you are feeling. Look at everything about yourself in your imagined picture, but in particular, notice how happy you are!
Capture every detail that you can, and open your eyes.

Understand that the picture you just imagined of yourself with your
desire exists already! You know it exists because if it didn't exist how could you tune into it? How could you see it in your imagination? When you imagined yourself, you were looking at the actual real version of you with your desire!

Can you see the difference between yourself right now and your
imagined picture of yourself? Because your job is to become as much like the version of yourself in the picture as you can! Walk like
that now. Talk like that now. Act like that now. Feel the same as that, now. Become as happy as that person, now. Be that person,
now! When you become the person in your imagined picture you have
shifted yourself to the frequency of your desire, and it must and will appear. Your imagination is showing you precisely the person you need to become. It is showing you what you look like and how to act and feel so that you can copy it and become that person!

To help you become more and more like the person in your imagination, practice closing your eyes and seeing yourself in the imagined picture with your desire as many times as you want. Seeing the imagined picture of yourself will continuously remind you how
you need to be, feel, and act. Then come out of your imagination
and go about your day doing your best to act and feel like that
person, now. You will be amazed at how little copying it takes before you see the evidence that your desire is coming.

This is one of the most powerful processes you can ever do to make
your desires appear with lightning speed. This process is based on
the physics of the Universe. Use it! Practice it! You have The Power to your life; every force in the Universe will do anything for you, but you have to use The Power that you have!

Happy Christmas, Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year, and may joy
be with you in every moment,

Time Management Skill

Time Management Skill

Brian Tracy

The starting point of becoming excellent in
is desire.
Almost everyone feels that their time management skills could be
vastly better than they are.

People resolve, over and over again, to get serious about time
management by focusing, setting better priorities and overcoming
procrastination. They intend to get serious about time management
sometime, but unfortunately, "the road to hell is paved with good
intentions."

The key to motivation is "motive."

For you to develop sufficient desire to develop time management and
organizational skills, you must be intensely motivated by the benefits
you feel you will enjoy. You must want the results badly enough to
overcome the natural inertia that keeps you doing things the same old
way.

If everyone agrees that excellent time management is a desirable
skill, why is it that so few people can be described as "well organized, effective and efficient?" Over the years, I have found that many people have ideas about time management that are simply not true.

But if you believe something to be true, it becomes true for you. Your
beliefs cause you to see yourself and the world, and your relationship
to time management, in a particular way. If you have negative beliefs
in any area, these beliefs will affect your thinking and actions, and
will eventually become your reality. "You are not what you think you are, but what you think, you are."

The first myth of time management, or negative belief, is that if you
are too well organized, you become cold, calculating and unemotional.
If you are extremely effective and efficient, some people feel that
they will lose their spontaneity and freedom. They will become unable
to "go with the flow," to express themselves openly and honestly.

People think that managing your time well makes you too rigid and inflexible.

This turns out not to be true at all. Many people hide behind this
false idea and use it as an excuse for not disciplining themselves the way they know they should. The fact is that people who are disorganized are not spontaneous; they are merely confused, and often frantic.

Often they suffer a good deal of stress. It turns out that the better
organized you are, the more time and opportunity you have to be truly
relaxed, truly spontaneous, and truly happy. You have a much greater
internal locus of control.

Here is the key: Structure and organize everything that you possibly can. Think ahead, plan for contingencies, prepare thoroughly, and focus on specific results. Only then can you be completely relaxed and spontaneous when the situation changes.

The better organized you are in the factors that are under your control, the greater freedom and flexibility you have to quickly make changes whenever they are necessary.

The Law of Clarity

The Law of Clarity
By: Brian Tracy

Clarity accounts for probably 80% of success and happiness. Lack of
clarity is probably more responsible for frustration and underachievement than any other single factor. That's why we say that
"Success is goals, and all else is commentary." People with clear,
written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than
people without them could ever imagine. This is true everywhere and
under all circumstances.

The Three Keys to High Achievement
You could even say that the three keys to high achievement are,
"Clarity, Clarity, Clarity," with regard to your goals. Your success in life will be largely determined by how clear you are about what it is you really, really want.

Write and Rewrite Your Goals
The more you write and rewrite your goals and the more you think about them, the clearer you will become about them. The clearer you are about what you want, the more likely you are to do more and more of the things that are consistent with achieving them. Meanwhile, you will do fewer and fewer of the things that don't help to get the things you really want.

The Seven Step Process for Achieving Goals
Here, once more, is the simple, seven-step process that you can use to achieve your goals faster and easier than ever before.

First, decide exactly what you want in each area of your life. Be specific!

Second, write it down, clearly and in detail;

Third, set a specific deadline. If it is a large goal, break it down into sub-deadlines and write them down in order;

Fourth, make a list of everything you can think of that you are going to
have to do to achieve your goal. As you think of new items, add them to
your list;

Fifth, organize the items on your list into a plan by placing them in the proper sequence and priority;

Sixth, take action immediately on the most important thing you can do on your plan. This is very important!

Seventh, do something every day that moves you toward the attainment of one or more of your important goals. Maintain the momentum!

Join the Top 3%
Fewer than three percent of adults have written goals and plans that
they work on every single day. When you sit down and write out your
goals, you move yourself into the top 3% of people in our society. And
you will soon start to get the same results that they do.

Review Your Goals Daily
Study and review your goals every day to be sure they are still your
most important goals. You will find yourself adding goals to your list
as time passes. You will also find yourself deleting goals that are no
longer as important as you once thought. Whatever your goals are, plan them out thoroughly, on paper, and work on them every single day. This is the key to peak performance and maximum achievement.

Action Exercises
Here is how you can apply this law immediately:

First, make a list of ten goals that you would like to achieve in the
coming year. Write them down in the present tense, as though a year has passed and you have already accomplished them.

Second, from your list of ten goals, ask yourself, "What one goal, if I
were to accomplish it, would have the greatest positive impact on my
life?" Whatever it is, put a circle around this goal and move it to a
separate sheet of paper.

Third, practice the seven-step method described above on this goal. Set a deadline, make a plan, and put it into action and work on it every day. Make this goal your major definite purpose for the weeks and months ahead.

Get ready for some amazing changes in your life.

Three Questions For Lifelong Happiness.

Three Questions for Lifelong Happiness

You already have everything you need to create a wonderful life for
yourself. You know everything you need to know to be your own best
friend, a gentle guide, a teacher and a helper to yourself so you can be
truly happy and fulfilled.

You can learn how to become your own psychotherapist for life, and how to resolve the difficulties that stand between you and personal joy.

Be Honest With Yourself
The starting point of becoming your own best friend is for you to be
perfectly honest with yourself and your relationships. Refuse to
practice self-delusion or hope for the best. For example, when something
is making you unhappy, for any reason, the situation will tend to get
worse rather than better. So avoid the temptation to engage in denial,
to pretend that nothing is wrong, to wish and hope and pray that,
whatever it is, it will go away and you won't have to do anything. The
fact is that it probably will get worse before it gets better and that
ultimately you will need to face the situation and do something about
it.

Deal With Your Problem at a Higher Level
There's an old saying that you can't solve a problem on the level that
you meet it. This means that wrestling with a persistent problem is
often fruitless and frustrating. For example, if two people who are in a
relationship together are constantly fighting and negotiating and
looking for some way to resolve their difficulties, they may be
attempting to solve the problem on the wrong level. Dealing with the
problem on a higher level, those people would ask the question, "In
terms of being happy, is this the right relationship for us in the first
place?"

Find the Right Job For You
Many people work very hard and experience considerable frustration
trying to do a particular job. However, in terms of their own happiness,
the right answer might be to do something else, or to do what they're
doing in a different place, or to do it with different people-or all
three. Here are a few questions for you to answer in this arena of
happiness. Write them down at the top of a sheet of paper, and then
write as many answers to each one as you possibly can.

What Would It Take?
The first question is: "What would it take for me to be perfectly
happy?" Write down every single thing that you can imagine would be in
your life if you were perfectly happy at this very moment. Write down
things such as health, happiness, prosperity, loving relationships,
inner peace, travel, car, clothes, homes, money, and so on. Let your
mind run freely. Imagine that you have no limitations at all.

What is Holding You Back?
The second question is a little tougher. Write down at the top of a page
this question: "In what situations in my life, and with whom, am I not
perfectly happy?" Force yourself to think about every part of your day,
from morning to night, and write down every element that makes you
unhappy or dissatisfied in any way. Remember, proper diagnosis is half
the cure. Identifying the unsatisfactory situations is the first step to
resolving them.

Determine Your Happiest Moment
The third question will give you some important guidelines. Write down
at the top of a sheet of paper these words: "In looking over my life,
where and when have I been the happiest? Where was I, with whom was I,
and what was I doing?"

Decide What to Do
Once you have the answers to those questions, think about what you can
do, starting immediately, to begin creating the kind of life that you
dream of. It may take you a week, a month, or a year, but that doesn't
matter. Every single thing you do that moves you closer to your ideal
vision will be rewarding in itself. You'll become a more positive and
optimistic person. You'll feel more confident and more in charge of your
life, and you'll achieve true peace of mind.

Action Exercises
Here are three steps you can take immediately to put these ideas into
action.

First, examine your business and personal relationships carefully. Is
there any situation you wouldn't get into again if you had it to do
over?

Second, make a list of every single thing in your life that would make
you happy and then think about what you could do to begin achieving
them.

Third, allow yourself to dream and fantasize about your ideal life, what
it would look like and feel like, and then do something every day to
make it a reality.

Do you make these mistakes?

Time and time again I hear from good people who are fed up,
frustrated, and just plain discouraged about their ability to
reliably manifest what they want in life.

Do you ever feel like that?

If so, you're not alone. And even if you've gotten your brain wrapped around the concept of the Law of Attraction and are whole-hearted in your manifesting efforts--you still may have the nagging feeling you're not quite hitting with all cylinders.

That's why I'd suggest you take a few minutes to watch this...

For one thing, you'll hear from none other than Bob Proctor--one of the key people from The Secret. Bob has been at this a long time--decades in fact--and he's pretty much got the whole visualization thing dialed in.

One of the things Bob talks about are some of the most common
misconceptions about visualization, and boy can I relate.

I remember when I first began exploring the Law of Attraction. I
pretty much made ALL of these mistakes! For example...

1.You make some effort to practice visualizations for a few days--but nothing happens. So you decide it's a waste of time and stop. And guess what? Nothing happens. Duh.

2. You think you have to spend hours every day intensely focused on the things you want most. You settle down in the Lazy Boy and have at it--and you either fall asleep, get a pounding headache, or start thinking about a problem you're having at work. What a hassle--no wonder you've given up!

3. You've painstakingly glued a vision board together and you stare
at it every day. You don't want anyone to know this, but you're
bored. This whole activity is dull as dust and you don't feel much
of anything except distracted.

4. You're not completely sure visualization will work--so you
figure it's not worth trying unless you are 100% certain something
wonderful will happen.

In fact, you've perfected "why bother" into an art form. Any of
these things sound familiar? Well here's the good news...

http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=IkiUJ&m=1awJydluUexrwH&b=plWMd4HyqrcPTrTymZRTyA

Here's one of my favorite quotes from this video...

"Even if you don't believe in it--do it anyway. My attitude is: if your way isn't working, try mine. I'm doing all right. I'm healthy, happy, and I'm wealthy. I earn more money in one hour than I used to in twenty years. So I must know something. And I know that this works." ~Bob Proctor

I sincerely hope you find this as encouraging as I do--because the
thing is, even if you're not sure visualization will work for you
and result in successful manifesting--just do it!

Give it a try and see what happens.

But not for just a day or two--or even a week or two.

What you've got to do is make the commitment to spend a few minutes
on this every single day--and I do mean EVERY DAY! Maybe even
morning and night--but consistently make the effort.

Because according to Bob (and he should know!) it's the REPETITION
of your visualizations that add up to a grand slam eventually.

He explains it all so clearly and much better than I ever could.
But it has to do with the repetition creating a new frequency--a new vibration that then changes your actions--and then opens the door to what you want being attracted into your life.

Make sense? You bet it does! And no worries about how to wedge it
into your schedule, because you don't have to spend a lot of time
on it either.

Just a few minutes a day will do it IF you do it the right way.

All you have to do is follow the simple strategy Bob explains in
this video. It's easy. And when you do, here's what happens...

http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=IkiUJ&m=1awJydluUexrwH&b=plWMd4HyqrcPTrTymZRTyA

It's exciting and it's totally achievable with a very simple shift
in your thinking and actions--believe me, I've personally experienced how powerful this is and it is truly the key to creating your most perfect destiny.

I don't want to give away all the goods here--so just take a minute
and watch the video OK? In the next ten minutes you could literally have the keys to the kingdom.

To Your Manifesting Success,
Yee Shun-Jian

P.S. Have you ever gotten so excited about something you had a kind
of tingle at the core of your being? Or you just felt like every
nerve ending was on high alert?

That's what happens when you experience strong emotions. And here's a hint--those emotions have EVERYTHING to do with creating
successful visualizations.

And now Bob is going to explain exactly how you can access that
fantastic energy to supercharge your visualizations.

Success Formula: Simplified! Part II

Success formula: Simplified! Part II
By Lawyer Asad

In the first part of the article four basic factors for materialization of our desires has been detailed.
Now in this part we'll deal with those very important factors which will enable anyone to get anything, yes you heard it right "anything", which he desires.
In the previous article it was explained to have your object de desire when you can afford it. Or simply when there're enough of green staffs in your coffer.
But what will happen if we desire a thing and lacking the resource to have it?
Does it then mean that we'll desire for our coveted things only when we can afford it?
No!
We can ask for anything we desire and it'll be ours. Even if we've no money at that material point of time.
I'll explain here how to make it possible.
The first premise is to know what we ask for. Right?
As if one of my very close person told me that he sees a magnificent Jaguar whizzing past him every morning when he goes to office. So would it be for him that he'll only see it racing past him and not to have his hands on such a gorgeous machine some day?
I say its quite possible.
The basic rules are the same.
We've to be very detailed and specific about our desires. Down to the every details.
Now the most important factor comes into play.
It is emotion. Emotion is a very strong mental factor and it creates a wave in the Universe.
Bigger the emotion greater the wave and vibration. Smaller or lesser the emotion, insignificant and short-lived waves.
Suppose you're standing before a lake. You pick up a big chunk of stone and throw it in the water. It'll create a bigger wave and the wave might touch the banks even. Similarly when you throw a small pebble then only a ripple is caused in the water and it dies within seconds.
Emotion is feeling in the heart. The joy, the thrill and delight of possessing the object you desired.
Have ever seen a kid to jump up in joy when he's given his favourite Candy? Its the same. Only difference is that the kid jumps in ecastacy after reaching its Candy but you've to get into the same feeling "AS IF" you've got it.
Its very important to feel it as if its in your possession NOW!
We've read in the earlier article that in the realm of Universe it is eternal present tense of NOW, no past no future. So its already in your hand.
It doesn't matter you've money or not.
Steve Pavlina has written in his various articles that there's a great distinction between "partial" and "full" visualization. What is partial or part visualization.
Many an expert of mind matters has advised that when you ask for money then see the mint fresh bundle of money in your mind's eye. Feel it. Smell the fresh scent.
But is it all? No its not. Its partial. And if the money comes to you then it'd go away quickly without doing anything significant for you.
Then what should you see in your mind?
You know that when you asked for the desired amount of money then you had an intention of spending it for some purpose. It might be for buying a car, or a house or anything.
So instead of seeing the piles of money of sniffing its smell you've see the end use of it.
If you intended to buy a car then see that on the first drive from the Show Room to home who're there with you. Your Mom? Dad? Siblings? Girl friend? Or just a close friend who's as delighted as you.
See where you stopped for filling the Car's tank with fuel. See it vividly.

"If we desire for something and feel an intense emotion as if it is already in our possession and feel the joy in our heart then it'll create a vibration in the Universe and the Universe will bring the thing to you."

It is a very important statement and keep it in mind.
It doesn't postulate that you've the means to afford it.
Whoever had read Joseph Murphy's The Power of the Sub-conscious Mind knows the story of the girl who wanted to have a bag which she had seen in a shop window. And in a very short time her boy friend has gifted her the same bag.
Its a fact and can happen to everyone.
Let me share you such an incident with you.
My hobby is photography and I think I'm quite serious at it. In 1988 I was a Junior Lawyer and had moderate income. But I wanted to have an SLR, complete with various lenses and accessories.
After taking into all details I decided to have a Practika MTL50 SLR Camera. Its an earstwhile East German Company (Pentacon) which manufactured it. Its the first Camera manufacturer who introduced the Single Lense Reflex (SLR) Camera to the world. I didn't opt for the market leader brands like Nikon, Cannon or others as I believed that the "instruement" is not the factor but the person is, who is using it.
Previous to that I had written letters (yes hand written letters on Air Mails because emails were not known at that time) to Yashica, Nikon and other companies asking for their Brochurs. They was very kind to send it to me.
To be honest I couldn't even afford to pay a sum of Rs. 3500/- for my coveted Camera at that moment. But I was living in a virtual world of my own where I was shooting various photographies with my Camera. I had the faith that the money would come to me within a month but I don't know from what source. But it'd come to me for sure.
I didn't want to limit the chances of getting the money by thinking about possible sources.
Its very vital that you don't limit the possibilities of the source of supply by thinking of the avenues yourself. Universe is more wise than you and it can find such a source about which you couldn't have even dreamt of.
Within 15 days some of my clients turned up and asked me to find a property for him. In a week the property was identified and he liked it. Within a fortnight my client got his plot of land and I got my Practika MTL50 SLR Camera!
In a similar fashion I acquired Pentax Takumar 200 mm tele lense, 35 mm Cark Zeiss Zena Wise Angle Lens, a good Flash Gun, a robust Camera Bag and numerous filters and other accessories.
The Camera is still with me and photographs taken by this Camera has been displayed in exhibitions and even won commendation from the Government of India in a contest "Literacy for All"!
There're so many such incidents which has happened to me.
I'd just tell about a fresh one.
As the Films are being obsolete and so are the film cameras and digital imaging is in its full run so I wanted to have a good prosumer digital camera for me.
Again it got me down to search for the details and the specifications which picked up only one Camera. The Panasonic Lumix DSC FZ-28. It has more features than any market leader. With the help of internet my task became easy.
Again this time I was short in cash.
Still persued with my mental exercises and pervaded my being with the possession of the Camera of my desire.
Though there're some good Camera Stores in my town none had stored it. Visited stores at Kolkata. Capital Electronics and Khosla Electronics are two biggest stores for electronic product. But they also disappointed me and couldn't even assure when they can get it for me.
May be it was good for me because had than been readily available then it'd not be possible for me to buy for lack of funds.
In the last week of July a client had paid a lump sum of money to me.
Instantly I decided that I'd go to Delhi to purchase the Camera.
Booked ticket for 12th August, 2009 and reached New Delhi on the morning of 13th August.
On the afternoon of 14th I had visited Palika Bazar. All other shops were mostly closed for the forthcoming Independence Day and for security reasons.
I don't which floor of the Palika Market it was and don't bother to remember even but I had approached only one shop and asked the own if he has a Panasonic Lumix FZ-28? He nodded and asked me to come in. He had just only one Camera. Within five minutes the Camera changed hands and I was on the top of the world.
Just apply the principles and you can also have the same result.
To sum up again what we've read so far:
1. Ask what your desire. Be very specific about your desire. Be crystal clear about what you want.
It doesn't matter if you had the money or not.
2. See the end use of your desired object. When I advice girls, who're eager to marry but finding no suitable match, to get into the feelings of going into the Honey Moon with her husband. Not just visualizing of wedding ceremony, seeing happy faces of parents and friends would do. And they get results.
3. Feel it. Because feeling counts. Much you covet for your desired object in your heart greater the chance is that you'd get it earlier.
4. Don't limit your supply chain of resources by thinking about the possible avenues. Just have an abiding and unwavering faith in the better judgment of the Universe. It'd take care of your supply because Universe is more wiser than you.
I was lacking in this particular area until my very close friend Bhaskar Paul of Delhi cleared it to me. He narrated incidents of the life of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. And Bhaskar's words were deeply etched in my heart. Bhaskar is a very talented young man and well versed in the Law of Attraction and Visualization.
I've learned a lot many matters from him and I'm grateful to him for being in my life.
5. Be grateful to God or to Universe for what you have.
Gratitude is a unique virtue and it create the difference between success and failure. Be thankful for everything and in every moment of your life.
Thank God after getting up from sleep because God has given you a new day to live and count your blessings.
Swami Vivekananda has stated in one of his writings about this attitude of gratitude in a very wonderful way.
He has written that if you want to show your gratitude then put off your shoes because you're standing on your Mother (the Earth) with your shoes on.
There'd be an unwavering faith that it'll be as you're desiring. The faith should be child like. Ask once and do it fervently. No need to do nagging or whinning. Universe has heard you the first time and no need to repeat it. Perform your part and Universe will perform its part for materialization of your desire.

These principles can be applied to any field of life. Its upto your asking.
We encore and clap when we hear the hero in the movie is throwing the dialogue, if you want something from the core of your heart then even the Universe will conspire to give it to you.
Be that hero yourself and make the Universe conspire for you to give you your desired object.
Success be yours!

Indebtedness:
I sincerely appreciate Bhaskar's suggestions for writing this Part II. He has always been my source of inspiration and a great well wisher.
God bless you Bhaskar with all the great things of life.
